Life
It took me a long time to settle into a life I feel I own. CA has been home for the past 30 plus years. I've had a rewarding career and am now enjoying the fruits of that labor. My husband and I built a house on top of a hill overlooking the Silicon Valley. My daughter works in San Francisco and moved into a place of her own recently. My 22 year old "baby" finished a program to become a mototcycle tech. and is waiting out the economy for more business in that recre...Expand for more
ational field. We marked the fifth aniversary of the death of our oldest son who was 21 last year when he died in the Christmas present we gave him - a 40th aniv. edition Mustang, his dream car. He experienced cloud 9 from earth for exactly 2 months. Now he enjoys cloud 9 from somewhere else. My husband and I are adjusting to being almost "empty nesters". I miss having a career from time to time. But I'm ususally satisfied tending to our 3 Boxers and home and hearth.
